A dark cloud overshadows the land
eyes loose color and begin to search for something.....anything
lost hope
there's no going back
blood pours out as people cry and die after their attempts
at once all backs turn from God at the sight of this mess
their heads sink low at the smell of Satan winning
In the midst of the darkness
the sadness
a gentle hand reaches down and taps on their shoulders
encouragement
one by one they all arise to their feet
once again
attempt
a shimmering light peers in at the unsightly mess
to see it for what it really is
God deserves the worship of all these people
He will conquer!
